Bita Mohabbati is an internationally acclaimed artist based in Vancouver, Canada, originally from Tehran, Iran. With over three decades of experience, her work spans painting, sculpture, and arts education, where she has left a lasting impact on both students and art enthusiasts. From a young age, Bita found solace and expression through art, a passion that led to the founding of her own design studio in Tehran, where she mentored aspiring artists in both classic and contemporary styles.

Although formally educated in graphic design, Bita's true artistic voice emerged through painting and sculpture. She honed her craft through dedicated self-study, workshops, and courses, ultimately becoming a master in mediums such as oil, acrylic, and sculpture. Her creations are known for their emotional depth, engaging the viewer in a dynamic visual dialogue. Through explorations of Realism, Surrealism, and Modernism, Bita's work invites reflection on the human experience, offering insight beyond the surface.

Her portfolio includes nine solo exhibitions and participation in over 40 group exhibitions across Iran, Europe, and North America. In 2023, she brought her vibrant vision to Canada, joining Vancouver's growing arts scene. Her work continues to captivate audiences with its bold storytelling, while her teaching and exhibitions have helped nurture a new generation of artists.

and exhibiting. My design studio has been a cornerstone of learning, where I mentor aspiring
artists in mastering various mediums from classic to contemporary styles. My own creations, rich
in emotional depth and narrative, are crafted to engage and challenge viewers, inviting them into
a dialogue that extends well beyond the visual. As an educator and artist, my goal is to inspire a
deeper appreciation for art's role in expressing the myriad facets of the human experience.

Art is more than just visual beauty to me; it's a deep dive into emotion and thought. My journey
through art explores Realism, Surrealism, and Modernism, reflecting on the human condition.
Inspired by music and nature, my work aims to engage viewers in a conversation, inviting them to
see beyond the immediate and connect with the stories each piece tells.
In my creations, I seek to bridge our inner feelings with the external world, capturing shared
experiences through form, color, and emotion. Art for me is a dialogue, a space where light and
shadow play to reveal deeper truths. My commitment as an artist is to produce works that
resonate visually and encourage reflection, fostering a connection that goes beyond the canvas
