Goddess Of The Soil

Goddess Of The Soil

Statement:

I wear carpets like clothes Carpets remain the role of my imagination Carpets remain the canvas of wheat fields And let the reed remain alive and a witness of the past history of our culture and tradition in every land and country, telling of femininity, masculinity and the smell of our memories of the four seasons in the past and our dreams in the future. Maybe if the language had expression, they would remain completely themselves, improvisation in design or improvisation in color would sing Perhaps the elimination of the third dimension in the design is a step in releasing the body of the carpet in repetition and repetition and even expression in the prison of the body. Maybe the composition and abstraction of cubism is the savior of the realistic look of a hunting ground or a leaf snake that has been imprisoned in the design cage for thousands of years, and the repetition of the square world of its carpet. I break the same plan the same color Maybe I will find all the colors of my memories in the darkness of the sunset or the light and the lost dawn.

Mohammad Ali Shabankare

ABOUT

Mohammad Ali Shabankare is an Iranian drawer and painter who started his career by holding his first group and individual exhibitions in 1994 and 1995. Years later, in the field of production and experience of making hand-made paint and paper and using it in his artworks from 1999 to 2000, and moving from figurative to conceptual and semi-figurative, semi-abstract paintings, as well as working on manual printing and decades of experience. Technique and integration finally brought this ability and expertise into the world of handmade paint and paper and created unique collections with this innovation in its techniques, especially from 2019 onwards.
The successful presence of his works in domestic and international exhibitions since this date confirms the issue Dealing with the discussion of Iranian architecture from the perspective of cubism, and urban space and matching with anatomy and form as a concept has been one of his constant concerns. From 2015 onwards, he taught and nurtured artists in his school in the fields of art history, art philosophy and art research, and created successful collections with his engineering mind (he has a PhD in civil engineering with an earthquake focus). The world and the color palette of this artist brings untold stories from the heart of history for future generations Stars in the heart of darkness that open the way for improvisational mind and thoughts
