The imperial order by Mozaffar Al din Shah for Reza Gholi Khan, the head of Dār-ōl-fonun Academy, which is
approved by the prime-minister to be endowed with the title “Moadab Al Dowleh”. Also he is given the highest ranked
medal of the Lion and the Sun with the green Robe of Honor. Dated 1309.
